Expertise: Financial planning, monitoring, and reporting; budget development, analysis and forecasting

Background:

Christina (she/her) is part of Environmental Defense Fund's Mission Finance team, appointed to the European region. She facilitates the budget development, monitoring and forecasting for Mission Europe, by working closely with EDF Europe colleagues. Other assignments include the financial management of external grants. As part of the Enterprise Operations team, she also partners with Mission Finance colleagues, Finance and Development teams. Before joining Environmental Defense Fund, Christina worked as Senior Finance Officer at a European network of Human Rights institutions. She has an extensive experience in the financial management of European NGOs, EU-funded projects and operating grants. Christina speaks French and English.
